If you Own a Home<\/strong>: Anyone with assets (i.e. home) over $166,250 may be subject to Probate courts when you pass away. Probate is a court process that can be time consuming and expensive for your heirs\/family. However, if you have a Revocable Living Trust your assets\/home avoid probate, saving your
